The Activity Categories Form helps you to think about the different types of activity you do and whether each task uses a High, Medium or Low amount of energy. Categorising activity in this way will help you to understand how you spend your energy. You can also use this form with the Daily Record of Activity, Weekly Record of Activity, Daily Routine Planner, Weekly Routine Planner and Daily Diary Grid.
